College is a time where God can do some serious molding in your life. He can show you alot of things and bring you to an awesome place in your life. But the devil also has a way of trying to do a little molding himself. These are some of the reasons that choosing a college is so important, not to mention that most of the time it's where you figure out what you're going to do for the rest of your life! Stressful huh?

When it came time for me to pick a college last year, I kind of just ignored God unfortunately. I didn't really pray much about or anything and I ended up just choosing the easiest thing for me to do. I chose Georgia Southern over UGA basically because I've lived in Statesboro my whole life, I have connections here, and it was just and easier setup for me I guess. I used to regret my decision from time to time but now I realize that even though I didn't really include God in my decision, he still had great plans for me. I kind of realized that no matter what, he's got his hands in my life. And for that I'm so thankful. Even though I know that I would have been blessed at UGA, I feel so fortunate for what I have here in Statesboro. God has blessed me in so many ways and I still see so much more blessing in the works! It's an awesome God that will bless, love, and nurture us in so many ways even though we most definitely aren't holy and pleasing to him most of the time!
